This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on Wednesday, the 26th March 2025 In terms of regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) to consider and carry out certain business other than what is listed in Regulation 29. This intimation is only limited for the purpose of convening of the Board Meeting on the aforesaid date.
