Nomination and Remuneration Policy

Remuneration Policy : Non-Executive  Directors

1. The Board, at present, comprises of 7 Non-Executive directors. 
2. Two of the Non-Executive directors belong to the promoter group and draw no remuneration except sitting fees.
3. Other Non–Executive directors would be entitled to professional charges for the services rendered by them apart from sitting fees.
