Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. N. Subramaniam (DIN: 00657972) has resigned from the Independent Directorship of the Company with effect from closure of Business hours of June 18th, 2025.
We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than as stated in his Resignation letter. The details as required under Schedule III -Para A (7B) of Part A of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/poD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11,2024 are given in “Annexure A” .
