This is to intimate that the Company has proposed to Install a Plant for 6048 spindles, at Dindigul in the State of Tamil Nadu, at an estimated cost of Rs. 40.00 Crores, including Solar Capacity, for manufacture of speciality Yarn, to be met out of internal accruals and estimated to be put into operation in June 2025.
