E M Nagasivam, as an Independent Director with effect from 12th August, 2017 to hold office up to the date of the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Sri. E M Nagasivam’s appointment as Independent Director is subject to approval of shareholders and the term of office shall be decided by the shareholders at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
