Notice is hereby given to the shareholders, that as per the existing provisions of the Companies Act 2013, the unclaimed dividends for the FY 2008-2009 has been transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), and all underlying shares in respect of which dividends have not been claimed have to be transferred to the IEPF Demat A/c.
The soft copy of the notice that was placed in Dinnamani (17-03-2017) Coimbatore Edition, and in the Business Line (17-03-2017) regarding the same is attached below, along with the List of shareholders who have not claimed their dividend for 7 years and details of related shared to be transferred by the company to the IEPF Demat account.
