Remuneration Policy : Non-Executive Directors
- The Board, at present, comprises of three Non-Executive directors.
- Two of the Non-Executive directors belong to the promoter group and draw no remuneration except sitting fees.
- Other Non–Executive directors would be entitled to professional charges for the services rendered by them apart from sitting fees.
