This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on Thursday, the 9th of November 2023 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Six months ended 30th September 2023 (In terms of regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations).
