This is to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company convened on Friday, 11th November 2016 forconsidering and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Six Months ended 30th September 2016, it is also proposed to consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company in compliance with the provisions of Sections 68, 69, 70 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and Regulation 15 (Chapter IV ) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy -back of Securities) Regulations, 1998. This is in addition to the notice to the stock exchanges dated November 3, 2016.
