Your directors have great pleasure in submitting the Thirty Eighth (38th) Annual Report together with the audited accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2026.
Corrigendum to Annual Report 2025-26
In continuation to our filing of our Annual report for FY 2025-26 on 28.08.2026, we found typographical errors / omissions in the PDF Version of the Annual Report that was submitted to the Stock Exchanges and posted on the Company’s website, and is issuing this Corrigendum to correct them.
In Page 3 – under the “Caption Renewable Energy Initiatives” in para 3 – the renewable energy generated for the Current year was inadvertently omitted to be incorporated and the said para rectified now reads as under,
“During the financial year, rooftop solar installations generated 11474400 KWh (previous year 8,673,734 kWh) , while wind energy exported to the grid totalled 51555663 KWh ( previous year 41,010,872.05 kWh). As a result of these renewable energy initiatives, the Company successfully reduced CO₂ emissions by an estimated 44,751.35 tonnes (previous year 35,723.23 tonnes), underscoring its commitment to environmental sustainability.”
In Page -98 – under Note No. 30.11 – “Geographical the following additional information is Segment” incorporated
“Information about major customers Contributing 10 % or more to the Company’s revenue The sale revenue sale to two customers amounting to Rs.30629.80 Lakhs (Previous year three customers amounting to Rs. 33380 Lakhs) contributing more than 10% of the company’s sale revenue in each case.”
Members are requested to take note of these corrections and refer to the updated Annual Report along with this Corrigendum. We further wish to inform you that the said inadvertent errors / omissions in the PDF Version of Annual Report have no impact on the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st March 2026.
