Record Date & Book Closure for the purpose of Dividend Under Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Reg
This is to inform you that the Board at its Meeting held today has recommended payment of interim dividend of Rs.10 /- per equity share (face value of Rs.10 each). The dividend will be paid to those members whose name appears in the Register of members as on Tuesday 29th August, 2017 or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday 29th August, 2017.
The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 30th August 2017 to Saturday 02nd September 2017 (both days inclusive).
